• Bench rep PR 135x2x2! 3 weeks ago 135 was my 1RM so I could dig it. These felt good but need to work on the whole technique esp that leg drive. Mirin @cynthialeu’s vid from today tho!
• such an ugly squat but I’ll count that super raw PR @ 290lbs. (I forgot my TKs at home and I bitched out about going heavier). shoulda kept my core tighter but I’ll get it better at my next go at it. been trying to control how I descend so idk if I actually got depth.
